Awesome quote! This design is from the talented Zoe at Pretty-Zoo.
Unique pillows. How gorgeous are these?! I love the variety of colors and how unique each one it. You can find these over at Angella Eisman Design.
Simple elegance. An easy DIY project from Martha Stewart wrapping hurricane glasses in layers of colorful tissue paper. You can easily update this for the seasons.
Martha Stewart has done it again. Whenever you travel you always pick up stuff to remember the trip…whether it’s shells from the beach or a ticket stub from broadway. This is such a clever idea to collect all those memories into a visual display.
Serene relaxation. Beautiful! This photo is found at vi.sualize.us.
Have a wonderful and relaxing weekend!

Are you ready for the long weekend? Any big plans? We have a good friends wedding to go to on sun and hoping to relax and enjoy some beachtime too. (I definitely need to get a little color so I don’t look like casper)
Reina. I am absolutely in loooove with this font! Everything about it, the curves, the feel, the swashes… {ahh swoon}
This is the life… Absolute calming relaxation. I think I’m going to have to get this poster from AllPosters.com and continue to dream.
Mini Bunting! This is super cute and such a great DIY project idea from How About Orange. They used pretty masking tape and the best part is when you get tired of the design just peel it off and make a new one.
Delicate envelopes. design.mein has a great step by step guide to creating these envelopes out of doily’s. I’m definitely going to have to try these out.
Colorful decorations. Everyday Celebrating shows an easy DIY wreath created out of those little drink umbrellas. What a clever idea!
I hope you’re having a great friday and enjoy the long weekend!

I can’t help it but I have always loved my Converse All-Star’s and when I found them in the stores again I had to get a pair. These were taken with my new RetroCamera App on my phone. I’ve been having fun playing with all the new options on photos.
Opening day! Anyone who know me knows I’m a huge Red Sox fan and have been counting down the days till the season starts. It figures that I’ll still be at work when the game starts today but I’ll be listening on my computer and attempting to remain quiet when I cheer =) Not only does today begin the season it starts the battle in my house as my husband is a Texas Rangers fan.
Let’s go Sox!
Decorative Garlands. MaraMay has created some beautiful, decorative paper garlands which add such a nice touch to your decor. Whether you hang them inside from a mantle or shelves or decorate for an outdoors gathering, the possibilities are endless.

Looking forward to the sunny weather we’re supposed to have this weekend. Enjoy!

Running! I used to think of distance running as being for the birds but now I have the bug and I absolutely love it! The other weekend was the Disney Princess Half Marathon and I had soooo much fun running it! It started out in Epcot and went through the Magic Kingdom. We even got to run through the castle! My friend Angela and I got all Princessed out after the race =)

Fun fonts. Lettering Delights is a great site with fonts, printables, and graphics to play around with. This alphabet set is called “Sparkles and Sprinkles” and I thought it was super cute to start friday with.
DIY Projects. Great idea from papernstitch which uses a custom stamp to create fun business cards. So unique and they break away from the standard printed card, especially if you start printing them on different materials. ooooh just think… the possibilities are endless of what you can print on!
Quilts. The patterns and colors make each quilt beautifully individual and unique. My mom made this one for my husband and I as a wedding present. Blues are our favorite colors and she found a pattern that reminds us of the rolling waves of the ocean. ** Photo overlay from Pugly Pixel.
Super cute outfits. Love these little outfits for the pups from Design Love Fest.
Absolutely delicious! I’ll admit that I have a huge sweet tooth and when I came across Delicious Cakes I instantly wanted to dive in and try them all! Their site is adorable and the cakes are beautiful!
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

When you work all week stuck in an office indoors sometimes you need to take a break to enjoy the day outside. The other day at lunch Lynn from Playful Pisces and I had a photo outing at a nearby park. It was a great way to enjoy the afternoon and be creative.
Adorable little pillows! Freshline has some beautiful designs and illustrations that she uses to create adorable pillows and artwork.
Dusty… he’s my little mascot. He’s 10 1/2 years old now and he still follows me all over the house trying to “help out” (although his version of helping is generally sitting on or in whatever is it I’m trying to organize or clean)! These super cute photo overlays and Washi Tapes are from Katrina at Pugly Pixel. She is so creative and has all sorts of borders, graphics and embellishments to share via the marketplace for your blogs.
Anything vintage. Even though my house is more of a cross between rustic country and oriental style (yes I know that’s a very random mix) I absolutely love vintage pieces. 5 Gardenias has some outstanding vintage finds and the product photos are beautiful as well.
Unique accessories. Crowes Nest creates adorable characters and designs for hair clips and headbands which are sooo cute!
Hope you enjoy this weeks favorites. Have a great weekend!
